A North American company that operates globally decided to incorporate a Brazilian subsidiary
to import products to Brazil and then open its own production unit in the country.
ILM Group took over the management and representation of foreign shareholders and opened a national bank account, setting up internet banking and coordinating accounting work, in addition to hiring staff to take on necessary functions. Any payments made through the Brazilian subsidiary’s bank account are always subject to receiving specific instructions from the customer.
The company can focus on planning and expanding its business in Brazilian territory.
Meanwhile, ILM Group assumes full responsibility for the administrative tasks of the Brazilian subsidiary
as a partner and customer representative in Brazil, helping the company penetrate the Brazilian market.
